of the bands, music creators and artists  are used with their permisson; they declare by contract that  no third party has any rights on the used material or any third party must ask for permission to use this material!

If any third party discovers that HeuRekord uses their material by making an owner rights or user rights violation please inform us of this fact!
We will remove the material until the  situation  is cleared up!

According to contracts with the bands they are responsible for owner rights violation or user rights violation!
